Cassie graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA with a focus in Risk Management and started her career interning at Philly Insurance in the Specialty Lines Underwriting Department. After graduation, she moved back to Columbus where she got married and started a family. She stayed home to raise her two children and reentered the workforce after they both started school. She has worked on the company side of insurance as an adjuster in both auto and property but enjoys the agency side of insurance the most. Cassie is passionate about customer service and loves finding the best options for her clients among the insurance companies that Gilles Smith Purdum offers. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, spending time outdoors, and hosting friends and family at home.
